SHIPPING POLICY: Our processing time for ALL orders is 3-5 business days. For Standard shipping, our shipping time is about 3-5 business days, for a total of 6-10 business days. After processing, each order will be assigned a tracking number, sent to the email provided by the customer at checkout. Please DOUBLE CHECK and make sure you are SPELLING ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION CORRECTLY during checkout to ensure you receive your tracking number/products. That is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Once WE have shipped your order, it is OUT OF OUR CONTROL. The POSTAL SERVICES are responsible from that point forward.

RETURN POLICY: Due to sanitary and health reasons, our products are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges. However, if you have received a defective product, please notify us at whosshebeautyco@gmail.com WITHIN 72 HOURS (3 DAYS) of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund/exchange. If you fail to notify us within those 72 hours of receiving your product(s), your order will NOT be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
